The Trunnion/Stubby Axle is a short track axle designed for use with high-capacity, low-bed trailers, specialty trailers, construction machinery, and special industrial applications.

 
Available from 28 inches, it can suit narrow applications, and with several spindle options, it can adapt to a variety of customer needs. With an assortment of weld-on and bolt-on spiders, numerous FMVSS121 and CMVSS121 certified linings and brake varieties of 12¼ inches, 15 inches, and 16½ inches, customers enjoy greater choice for more applications. And because it can be supplied with a single spindle only, it is easy to weld to construction machinery or to use for special industrial applications, such as farm implements, conveyors, and many others.
